Chatfield Elementary kicks off new reading program
Last night in Minnesota, Chatfield Elementary School kicked off the 100 BOOK CHALLENGE with a full house of visiting authors, the high school football team, and students’ families. Every student in the school is set to read 800 15-minute steps—an hour a day—this school year, and excitement is in the air as they learn the ropes and get ready to roll. Now that the children have a wide selection of leveled books that are fun, fast, and easy, they can tackle their goal and fall in love with reading along the way. Happy reading, Chatfield!
